Autohydro is a hydrostatics and stability calculations program that naval architects, ship designers and marine engineers have depended upon for many decades since the first Windows release. A one-of-a-kind ‘floating simulator’, Autohydro reports the reaction of the model to factors, including loading conditions, wind and/or high-speed turning in combination, and highly complex operations such as probabilistic damage or auto-ballasting. Autohydro’s hydrostatic engine is fast and reliable.

Autohydro’s Modelmaker imports pre-existing hull forms from many different file formats, or from ASC’s own hull modeler. The vessel’s floating condition is displayed graphically on the screen with supporting data. Hydrostatic reports can be edited, printed, saved or exported to other Windows applications.

1 or 3 year subscription plans are now available. Benefits include: automatic software updates upon release, no long term commitment, an affordable option for short term engineering projects and the subscription is renewable. The perpetual license remains an option too.

ASC is a marine software developer of load planning software, loading instrument software and integrated CAD/CAM programs. For 45 years ASC has continued to provide innovative software solutions that save customers’ time and money on each project they undertake.
